The hotel was immaculately clean and the location was particularly good and very convenience in a taxi they 've called for us. Location: the property was right by the center of the town and popular eateries and the Old quater. We went out for dinner, found Spoonit House, it was not too far away from the hotel❤

The hotel was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious. the room was cozy, spacious, and had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. the bed was comfy, and we received great service. the staff were extremely friendly and spent a lot of time assisting us. the location was excellent, in a lovely cafe, close to the city center, railway station, and Old Quarter. the stay was wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this warm and affordable hotel. The coffee shop, just 15 meters from the entrance, was a great convenience and opened early until late. The breakfast offered healthy options and the room was clean with fully functional kitchen appliances. The comfortable bed and sound-proof room ensured a peaceful sleep. Each room has its own strong WiFi connection. The location is great, with plenty of nearby eateries and easy access to Grab services. The hotel even provides bicycles for guests to use, which we enjoyed for exploring the Old Quarter. We will definitely be back!

I chose this hotel for my business trip because it provided easy access to the Central Business District of Hanoi and the new Urban Town, as well as the entertainment and shopping facilities in downtown Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel facilities were excellent and contributed to a comfortable stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.
